Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using Postora ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The service
Postora provides tools to schedule, manage, and publish content to third-party social platforms. Availability of any specific platform integration may change without notice.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for the accuracy of registration information and for safeguarding your password. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Prices are shown on the billing page.
- Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Plan limits (clients, posts per month) are enforced as published. Upgrades/downgrades are pro-rated by Stripe.
- Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Publish unlawful, infringing, harassing, or deceptive content.
- Send spam or violate the terms of any connected platform.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to other accounts or data.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit it solely to operate the Service and publish on your behalf to platforms you connect.
7. Third-party platforms
Connected platforms (e.g. Meta, TikTok) have their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability, policies, or actions taken on your accounts by those platforms.
8. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Postora's total liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms or for legal reasons.
11. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
